Not suprised by this at all. I do not get why college coaches, especially highly successful college coaches, want to come anywhere near the NFL. The way college coaches are revered and how much power they have will never be matched in the NFL. At least when you have to deal with egos you still have all the power unlike in the NFL where some of these guys just make to much money to really take a stand.

It was last reported (on Saturday, I think) that he and the Bucs would try to get the deal done before Monday. I guess they got to a conclusion, but not to the one the Bucs wanted
