Clemson vs Bama National Championship Game (Who ya got?!)

I went back and forth on this a couple times but I cant bet against Bamas D Line, Henrys ability to run the ball and Nick Saban. I think Watson will get some yards running and the Clemson offense has a good night overall but just not good enough. I think Bama wins 34-24 with a late score making the game look further apart then it actually was

This Coaches Film Room deal is fun to watch. Probably will get sick of it after a few minutes, but watching them break down that TD by Henry was fun.

Bama having problems on both sides of the ball with Clemsons athleticism but much of it is Bama not staying disciplined on defense...particularly containing Watson

Alabama is having trouble simply getting lined up, on offense and defense.

Clemson players are dropping like flys.... I think Bama fights this one out and wears Clemson down going into the 4th.

If Dwayne Allen leaves, I'd target OJ Howard in the 3rd-4th round. Impressive game.

Mackensie Alexander would be an awesome #2 CB opposite of Davis.

Played great before he left with hamstring injury.

Fantastic game by both teams!!! Howard for Bama and Watson for Clemson...Wow!!! Wonder what NFL teams are thinking of Watson right now. Could be scarry if say Houston were to snatch him up when he comes out.

One hell of a finish. Back and forth fight from beginning to end. With Deshaun Watson only being a sophomore and not eligible till next years draft I'm sure Clemson will be in the mix for a return to playoffs next year

Alabama's Howard is ready to go to the NFL, IMO as a receiving TE.

 

If you can't keep up with someone's offense, try an onside kick to gain a possession. Saban, Parcells, Sean Payton, all believe in that concept. That coaching move that helped Alabama regain momentum. Hate to say it, he is one heck of a coach.

 

My boss walked up to me and asked me if he needs to bet on Alabama, I said yes because I knew Saban had enough of those spread offenses beating him in the past and knew would finally win one. Unfortunately, that TD with less than half a minute to go messed up the spread for so many folks betting on the 6.5 point spread in favor of Alabama.
