Whether it's a good idea or not, this exemplifies how clueless and obsessed with instant gratification teams are. They fired their veteran coach after 1 bad year, got the young coach everybody wanted, fired him after 1 bad year, and got another veteran coach out of the same mold as the last one. They're right back where they started and in a year or 2 they'll be after Jimbo Fisher or something.

Good point...they should have stuck with Andy Reid. He is a really really good coach. I remember a certain steeler coach that couldn't seem to get over the hump but they stuck it out with him and it paid off. Great coaches are hard to find..Reid and coughin are both that. Hopefully being patient with our own coach pays dividends.
