iirc he was asked by some teams if he would work out as a TE at the combine. So I'm I'm wouldn't be surprised if whoever's takes him occassionally tries to use him like one. I don't want him at 34 though. 44 would be fine.
Oklahoma didn't have a year or two to sit Hurts to develop him so I don't know I agree if that's a fair comparison to make yet. I wouldn't plan on starting Hurts day 1 and I'm talking about being okay with him in round 3. But otherwise that's also where my concerns with him are (in regards to his flaws), but if there is anything that needs developing, those are the things you can be more okay with in someone you don't plan to start year one or maybe even two. Mechanics, comfort in the pocket, quicker release, quicker reads are all things that CAN and I emphasize can because I know some people just never get it, can be developed. As said before I still think he's worth a 3rd round pick if we decide to go that route (personally I didn't put a QB in my last mock at all).
Reagor is good but he’s another tiny target. The Colts really need some size in their receiving corps.
One guy not mentioned yet: Shenault from Colorado. He fits the XL wideout the Colts could use, and he’s a talent. I could live with him at 34.
