Can Eli and the Giants beat the patriots?

So Phil Simms was tearing the Giants a new one after the Patriots scored on the opening drive, when the Giants won the toss and deferred.

Giants have a chance to score before halftime, take the lead, and then get the ball right back after halftime.

Simms was mentioning how the Giants lost an extra possession after deferring.

So lol Simms

Let's see if the Pats made their legendary halftime adjustments.

Hard to "adjust" to no Edlemann, but if anyone can do it NE can.

I don't even want to hear about adjusting to the loss of a receiver.

We have a QB who has had broken ribs, a bad shoulder and a lacerated kidney this season.

THAT is why you defer to the second half when winning the coin toss.

Would've liked a TD there, but Giants get 10 straight points without the Patriots getting the ball in between.

Doesn't matter though, since Brady will lead a marvelous comeback and blow the Giants out, as expected.

The worst part now is how Patriots fans will come out and say how nervous they were that they were going to lose this game.

Why do they ever get nervous? Why do they ever let the slightest doubt come into their mind? The Patriots pull it out every. Single. Time. And not a single person is surprised when they do it.

Well in fairness it's not EVERY time, more like 19/20 times if it comes down to one play the Pats get it.

.....Although for whatever reason that one odd time seems to come vs the Giants.
