Did he sprain his ACL or tear his ACL? I am assuming he tore it if he needs surgery, just confused by the two tweets by Carroll and Rapoport.

Most all reports coming in have it being torn.  Done for year.  Not a sprain.  Twitter reports are starting to flow in and they are all saying torn.

Probably a tear. Either way his season is done unfortunately

Hope it's a healthy and speedy recovery

Thanks, that's what I thought. Here's hoping he has AP's recovering ability.

This is a huge blow to the defense. Hopefully some other guys can step up. Hopefully Anderson will recover and be back stronger than ever next year.

So Anderson goes to IR, D'Joun Smith gets activated taking Anderson's spot. I'm sure Grigson will bring in another DL. Isn't Okine on the PS?

#Colts place rookie DT Henry Anderson (knee) on IR, waive CB Tony Carter.

One possible name available for addition along DL is former Redskins NT Barry Cofield. #Colts
