Worth every penny he has been paid the past three years. This is the exact scenario he was brought here for and he has delivered. I have a feeling come seasons end we will look back on these two games and realize just how big these two wins were.

Completely agree. 1-4 would have been disastrous. Huge wins for the colts

So for all those that said this a 2 win team without Luck they are 2-0 without him. They clearly aren't as good as they would be with Luck but they have proven they have talent beyond Luck on the roster.

Yeah they would probably still go 5-1, 6-0 against the division even without Luck.  Colts have just dominated the division for awhile.  Awesome to see they broke the record for longest divisional winning streak in NFL history.  It's not like divisional games are cupcake also.  There have been some tough fought games within that 16 divisional win streak.  Every game this year has.

I love correction, no qualms about it :). I am ecstatic now, so I can take insults too and laugh it off, LOL.

I hope you didn't take that as an insult?!?     It certainly wasn't intended as such....

The only reason why I knew that factoid is that the NFL Network mentioned it last week when both Matt and Michael were starting.   Just dumb luck that I happened to be watching then.

And I'm ecstatic too!     This is one of my favorite games as a Colts fan in my 3 and a half years!

What a game!     What a night!!      Woo-Hoooo!!!             :td:

i was very pleasantly surprised by this win tonight, the play calling and Matt's performance. on the road against a division rival who had just come off an embarrassing loss four days earlier. And with a backup qb putting up 27 points against what many would consider a star studded defense .

We're cool with anyone if they aren't a jerk.  We have the offensive weapons, but I just can't see who is going to stop the short game to Edleman and the seam and end zone against Gronk.  We couldn't cover the single receiver that Houston had most of the night.  He humiliated Davis on several plays leading me to believe he was playing hurt and when Toler showed he couldn't cover him, Vontae tried and was even worse.  Davis also blew the wide open TD in the endzone to the rookie... We're better against the run until we play a good back as we were getting gashed by Houston's back.  I can only imagine what NE's two headed monster will do to us.  I think NE will try to score 70 if the can.

Your team reminds me of alot of pats teams i have witnessed over the years.. Sometime we just have to play games and the team gets better. Im not gonna lie didnt look great the first two weeks but you are getting better every week. Luck is a beast and so is brady.. But last year peolole were saying brady was done after week 4. Luck will be fine you will win your division. I di think the pats will win next week but we will see you again in the playoffs and im not so arrogent to think you wont be much improved. You guys are gonna have a great season this year. Your oline looked like a diffrent team tonight. And believe me your defense will figure it out. Ill post every once in a while here.. I sm not a jerk.. I appreciate great competiton which your team has been for over 15 years.

I totally agree these were huge wins and we just took a commanding lead in the AFC South.

This is why we should invest money in a proven top backup next year.  Not much money when you consider that you have a guy that can go out and win you 2 straight division games while your starter is out.

If we had started some late round rookie in this game, it's doubtful that we would have won either.

i am guessing you mean pre-season game, if so once again proving pre-season performances are meaningless.

Yes sorry.  I believe there was even a story in the Star about it and how we were in big trouble.  Was probably from their resident chicken little.  LOL.

    • Fries has proven to be a diamond find.  Figure our salary cap will determine how our OL future pans out. Starting WRs are some of the best in the league.  Can AR connect with them like Menshew done?    TE room wouldn’t mind adding Fannin but team needs devalue him as BPA.  Conyers is great in run blocking and can catch hoping falls to R4-6 range.    DL help is a major area of need agreed.  Think I had a Day 3 initial grade on NT Rene Konga but each week he has impressed.  Between Konga and Michigan’s Benny probably our two best choices for Stewart’s role.  See my recent Week 4 top 10-15 players posted especially for LB and DB options.
    • I would personally like to see more bootlegs, and more throws on the run. AR is SO good at that.   Especially since they love playing out of shotgun so much.
    • Army is playing mistake free football, very impressive so far. One of a handful of unbeaten Group of 5 schools.
