The virtual training was done at Stanford during the summer.

 

Luck,  and a number of other NFL guys who went to Stanford,  go back to the campus and work out together.

 

That's very common at successful programs.      And that's where Luck did some of the virtual training.   

 

I'd say Luck's struggles have zero to do with the virtual training.     Just a coincidence that it happened this year.
