I just saw on the scrolling section of the NFL Network, that RG III will be retained by the Redskins as QB2 (backup) for 2015.  No cut, no trade.  And risk a potential 16 million dollars if injured-

RG3 will be the 2nd string in Washington. Bradford has knees made of glass. I won't be surprised if Tebow's back. Also, with Tebow being a veteran his contract would be guaranteed if he was on the roster week 1. So financially this makes sense.

My guess is Tebow is back on the Eagles roster after the first game of the season.  Tebow's contract would be fully guaranteed if on the roster at game 1.  Tebow will be back, but not for game 1, I think.
