Vinatieri isnt getting any younger and can barely make a 50 yard field goal. Maybe its time to pick up the backup kicker that will succeed Adam Vinatieri? We can have him mentor the rookie for the next 2-3 years...

Barely make a 50 yard field goal? Are you crazy? He nailed a 55 yarder this year and nailed a 56 yarder in the preseason. His leg is fine and his accuracy is still there. He's still Mr. Clutch. We had that guy Swanson last year, but they realised that Adam is better than him and would be around for a good amount of time. Kickers can last until they're 43. He's 39. He has a good 3 years left, with a possibly 4th. Worry about drafting a kicker when he's either retired or when he has one year left.
