Jacksonville,  Tampa and Tennessee.

 

That likely rules out the Jags and the Titans as trade partners for the Colts...   but Tampa is still an option,  and Oakland might be...

 

If this is true and it unfolds this way,  I'd be fine trading down and picking up a 4.....

I could also see Shelton. They were atrocious vs the run and he'd be a huge boost there. There'll be decent WRs at their next pick or 2nd rounder, but nobody as good as Shelton.
