Is Chuck The New Caldwell?

Who were these "top tier" teams? Dallas? Yes, they were clearly better and almost ended up in the NFCCG. Baltimore? We beat them. The Bengals? We beat them twice. The Eagles and the Steelers didn't even make the playoffs.

Besides Dallas and New England, I don't see what other "top tier" teams "overmatched" us.

Steelers did actually make the playoffs... in fact, they won afc north.

Yes the Colts are more then Luck, but you have io  be objective to know without him they are not a playoff squaud. ,   

 

Agreed.    The question would be who would be the QB.    If you're saying Hasselbeck,  then yes, we're not a playoff team.

 

But if you gave us a good solid QB, and perhaps not a great one....  then....  well....   ahhh....   ehhhh.....   uhhhh....

You never know, McDaniels wouldn't be the first guy that turned it around on his second try. Lotta things have to go right for a coach to be consistently successful.

Yes Caldwell coached in the Super Bowl then fell on his face after not being able to adjust to what Sean Peyton did with making good adjustments after the half. Chuck could not figure out anything with the same game plan Bill B. presented.

So it was Caldwell who couldn't field an on side kick? It was Caldwell who threw an interception? So Caldwell couldn't put the pads on and played defense?
