Hopefully AJ gets signed now. I wonder if they think OGBU (UFA - DT Ollie Ogbu, Penn State) has enough game to take his place? I couldn't find a highlight video on him.

Good for him and the Rams. I like to see teams that have had troubles get good players, especially if they were ours, but we couldn't keep them. We might as well give them to the less fortunate, lol.

see ya Dan. It's funny he's only taking up 500K this year if he stayed, but now he takes up 1.85M with the Rams. They must be desperate.

Good for him. I liked him as a person, but his play wasn't too solid. The Rams are an up-and-coming team and Spagnuolo should have some tricks up his sleeve to get the most out of Muir.

They indeed must be desperate if he's to start with them, which I doubt. With the cap space they got, a 1 year deal for depth makes sense. He should be looking for a new team by next year tbh.

Days after the Indianapolis Colts surprised some by releasing Kelvin Hayden, the veteran CB is set to visit the Washington Redskins this week, according to a league source.

Hayden, 28, has been a starter for the Colts over the past four seasons, but has missed time each of the past three seasons due to injuries. Hayden played in 11 games in 2010, notching 61 total tackles with two interceptions.

Clearly, the Colts didn’t warm up to the hefty sum due Hayden this season, almost $9 million in base salary.

The Rams agreed to a one-year, $1.85 million contract with DT Danny Muir, according to a league source. Muir played in 30 games for the Colts over the last two seasons with 90 combined tackles.
