According to Herm, he would draft Luck if he were Indianapolis. He went on to say that the Colts should set up a three team trade that sends Tebow to Jacksonville and Peyton to Denver.

As long as Jim Irsay and Bill Polian are in charge of the decision making process, the idea that "anyone" outside of those two have any clue on what they will do, consider and discuss is almost laughable at best.
