(Official)----Colts sign 6th-round pick Chris Rucker (CB)

It's two down and three to go with the Indianapolis Colts' draft class.

The team signed Michigan State cornerback Chris Rucker, its sixth-round pick, to a four-year contract today, according to agent Neil Cornrich. Financial terms were not available although the deal contains minimum base salaries.

Earlier, the team signed Syracuse running back Delone Carter, a fourth-round pick.

Still unsigned are Boston College offensive tackle Anthony Castonzo (first round), Villanova offensive tackle Ben Ijalana (second round) and LSU defensive tackle Drake Nevis (third round)

I'm interested to see what position he will be playing in the pre-season. I don't think he will be a safety, but might transition in as a nickel/dime CB. I just hope he transitions quickly to the professional level. We might be short at the corner position with Hayden gone. He might even step in some regular season action if we get an injury or two.

I have high hopes for this guy. Apparently, he has lots of talent and potential. I don't expect much from 5th round picks, but I'm expecting some production from him
