How do we know what he hasn't done?  The mistakes so far have been all on the players.  Poor execution by the players.  Pep's play-calling was bad to start, but the players should be executing.

WOW nice tackling, defense. This is getting UGLY. You want to prove you can hang with the big boy teams? You've got to at least somewhat show up in games like this. They need to take Luck the hell out of the game. We have nothing to play for and with the score becoming what it is, it's just not worth it. We will have to chunk it to get back in this game and Dallas will blitz like crazy.

No point in complaining anymore guys. We know what we are now. ( not that we haven't known). We just aren't there yet. Don't have the talent/coaching to be relevant in the playoffs.

It is very very VERY clear that the Colts are here to simply go through the motions they have no desire to complete today and are only putting themselves in harms way inviting an injury not being prepared to compete!  This is pathetic show of NFL football by the Colts!  The coaching staff should be embarrassed for not having their team ready to play and the players should be ashamed for showing no pride!
