It alternates between the Jags and the Colts week to week. I didn't check it this week but I know the Colts were last again in first downs and after this disgraceful performance they are going to stay there.

It was poor execution, not a bad call. An NFL QB has to figure out the CB was in man coverage on Garçon there as Pierre was motioning. Then, either go elsewhere, audible out of that play or call a timeout.
