Wes Welker suspended 4 games (merge)

Recommended Posts

Also, they don't have to pay him when he is suspended. If he would have missed time due to concussions, they would have.

They would gladly pay him to play. But I am sure they are happy to save the money but they have to wonder what they can really expect out of him this season. Like I said, the wheels have come off in one season.

And again, why take amphs if not for increased focus and alertness?

Didn't realize the spell error. Smartphone spellcheck is the worse

Julius Thomas TE for Denver

Drafting him the other day is gonna be wonderful for me :cheer:

Lattimer is faster than Welker I know that.  Peyton has still got a good weapon with the young kid

Hopefully it's not a Kennan Allen situation like when we played San Diego last year.

That's a guess. There are many types of amphetamines.

Adderall is very prevalent among NFL players but yeah a guess. I am still shocked by this.

That's not what karma means. It's not like Welker turned Mathis in for using PEDs

im looking at it as the football gods giving us a break and leveling the playing field alittle bit

Eh. They're still dangerous though. Put Sanders in the Slot and Thomas and Lattimer on the outside. Don't forget Julias Thomas is still there as well.

Define this term "loss"?

Cause that's not how I'm seeing Mathis' suspension as

As in not playing in the game.

*Rubs Chin Hair*

Intriguing, I haven't viewed it from that perspective at all

sanders isnt really a slot guy. to my understanding hes play more on the outside. regardless hes facing either toler or butler. I like those odds

What is your thought as to why he took them? I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.

He popped some molly. I think you are over-thinking this.

A benefit is increased alertness. After two concussions, makes sense to need to clear his head.

Are you making excuses for him or is this coming from a reliable source? He can be using at any time and never was caught. I mean look at our guy Laron Landry. lol

if butler could shut down welker before, latimore will get abusived

As an IU fan, Latimer is a beast and plays an entirely different style of football than Welker does, I wouldn't say that yet..

Christopher Hansen ‏@ChrisHansenNFL 3m Amphetamines are a cognitive enhancer. Reasonable to wonder if Welker took to pass concussion tests last year.

That wouldn't make any sense considering he failed the drug test in may

Maybe he got addicted to them. Started taking them back when he was concussed and continued.

Not a Mathis fan?

Mathis fan, just take positives in life

Most view it as a loss, I look at it as a opportunity for other guys to show what they can do therefore a positive
