the chat I have been hearing is Harrison would catch and pass Holmes eventually...    No time like the present...

Think again, aye.

Regardless ...  VERY impressive drive..

Now get Luck, TY, Trent, and both T's out of the game.

I agree. Good drive. They should be out now.

Richardson looks as good as he did last year.

He's running  a good average so far. Wait until they start throwing him the ball here on the next drive.  :goodluck:

This O is going to be NASTY...

I think the Colts can have the best offense in the league,*IF* the O-Line can stay healthy.  Like REALLY?  How in the world does our players ALWAYS get injured?

Costa retired and DT got hurrt

With Thomas coming back from a serious injury, Holmes with injury issues too and no experience Grigson did not much to improve our biggest weakness last season. And now Thomas out again for the whole season and Holmes down and we are just one IR away from beeing again in huge OL trouble.

If Holmes is seriously hurt how do you have any hope at all about this season with Holmes and Thomas down?

Who knew Phil Costa would retire

    • I don't buy into this notion we'd have to change our offense to make Hurts run. On the contrary I think it would be a great style for his development and he'd add a diminsion we haven't had. I don't understand why people harp on Hurts as a passer. He's fine and has shown improvement. He has had around a 70 percent competition percentage the last two years and doesn't throw too many interceptions. Last year was the only year Lamar Jackson had over 60% completion percentage including college (yes really). I think Hurts won't be as athletics, yes, but he's shaping up to be a better passer imo. I, for the record, wouldn't want him at 34 since I think we'd basically be passing on a likely first round talent for a guy who definitely has some concerns. But I just think people are jumping to too big of a conclusion to limit him to a Lamar Jackson type usage. He can throw the ball pretty well even if his throwing talent doesn't look promising to ever being anything special. What I'd be most concerned with for his development would be adjusting  to NFL speed, reading defenses, and his level of anticipation. 3red round would be ideal, but I won't whine if we get him at 44, trade down for him, or trade up from our 3rd to get him.
    • The Seahawks select John Simpson, OG Clemson. This concludes the 2nd round
    • I heard too that Haskins wasn't able to understand the playbook as well. Double pass on this. Move on and get a QB in the draft, like maybe Eason.
    • I am not sold on he could take us to a SB but he is still young and above average to good so with him we would consistently win 10 games every year IMO. With Ballard at GM keeping our team good in other area's and Kirk at QB we would 10 games every year, maybe a SB if we had a dominant D.
    • Right! This forum reminds me of the old high school football locker room! Never stated we would actually pull the trigger on a trade for him, but he is easily worth a 2nd or 3rd round pick.
