While at the draft questions I asked..

While here at the draft I asked some question people may be interested to hear...

I asked Merril Hodge about Trent Richardson and he said that it is extremely difficult to go from one system to another mid season. He said he was slow hitting the holes because he was thinking to much. He said the bad O-line play didnt help..He said he sees big things this year for Trent..he said stay the course Colts fans..

I also asked for a number % wise to the likley hood that the draft moves..head of events for the NFL said 90% to leave..I asked if it was a squeeze to Radio City because the contract is up this year. He said no. It is more of an issue that they have outgrown Radio City. .it sounds like Chicago is in the lead with LA close behind.

As I find out other interesting tidbits I will pass them along..

Interesting RebelKnight, thanks for posting.  Although I will say that I said the same thing about Richardson several times on this board, so you could have just asked me and saved the trip to New York. ;)

I'm a TRich fan and I want him to succeed.  And I think those are the reasons that he did so bad, thinking too much and the bad line play.  All that being said, Bradshaw did pretty good with the same line and no preseason play.

This is TRich's year.  He only has to be as good as Edge.  That's not asking too much, right?

Same here and I'm 5 hours away!  Would be a fun excuse!

I'm about 2 and a half hours away although I'd likely take the train.  The South Shore can get me from here to downtown Chicago.

The bigger problem would be being able to do it with a wife and 2 kids.

Didn't know they where talking about moving the draft.

If it went to Chicago where in Chicago do you think it would be?  It might be tempting for me to go if I can catch the South Shore and walk there.

If they're moving it to Chicago because they think they've outgrown Radio City, I can only think of McCormick Place(?).

Do you know how much tickets to the draft cost? It would be extremely tempting to go to the draft.

The NFL sells tickets thru On Location they are $600 but worth it..that way u know u get tickets..other option free tickets then wait for 6 hrs in line the night before the draft..

Yikes, never mind.  I can't justify spending that much on tickets to anything.

The O' line is going to finally have consecutive years with the same playbook. They will be more comfortable and play a lot better which means T-Rich will have a better year. I believe our Offense is going to be amazing this year.

If they do move the draft next year to Shy town. I'll see you there when we pick last in the first round

I hope Hodge is right about TRich.  I was pretty high on the trade when it happened and was sorely disappointed in him as many fans were.
