Five years. Quick Take: The deal is being finalized, and it's a smart one for the Lions. They have never had a good receiver opposite Calvin Johnson, but now they do. Tate should have a very nice season given all the attention paid to Megatron.

I don't want the colts to sign Decker, but Decker is a very good #2 who would fit nicely with the Colts. I don't know why people continually dump on him.......the white receiver stigma I guess.
