10 million a year is about 7% if this years cap. Many corners have made 7% of the teams cap since free agency began

Exactly!  This could be the first draft in forever that we aren't clamoring for a CB before every pick.

 

Davis is the best we have had in a long time. He is also excellent against the run. Is he top three? No. but definitely in the top 10.

And all the players in the top 10 will be making big money by the time their next contract comes around.
