If they change the rule to ban the tackle on Gronkowski (which was a clean and legal hit), just put this in the rulebook next year:

 

"Any injury against a Patriots player, especially a star player, ie, Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, caused by a tackle on the opposing team, even if it was a clean, legal hit, will be viewed by the NFL as attempted murder and players will be prosecuted as such. Seriously, didn't you guys get the memo after the 2008 season, when we explicitly banned the clean, legal tackle that caused Tom Brady to sustain a season ending injury? (for reference, this type of tackle involves a defender who is on the ground because of a blocker - he can no longer lunge at the quarterback in order to attempt to disrupt the play, and off the record, there was absolutely no coincidence that we banned this tackle after it caused Tom Brady, to miss an entire season due to injury)."
