Most people on here can’t seem to grasp just because he is young and makes mistakes that doesn’t mean his career is over. There aren’t many in here who can acknowledge his struggles and be optimistic for him and the future. Most on here try to say he will never be good. Like they have a crystal ball.
One thing is for sure - if he didn’t think there would be a LOT of sacrifice of time, I question who’s mentoring him in the locker room as this should have been a slam dunk assumption starting day 1.
At least we know AR doesn’t just tell you what we want to hear, he says unexpected honest things.
It also was telling when Flacco, after the tap out game, in a post game interview said “I would tell him that…” and then the TV guys went “Well, Joe, you’re there, why don’t YOU tell him then…”. Flacco didn’t come here to be any kind of mentor and seems like not much communication in the QB room is happening.
