Colts @ Bengals

Big game for a couple of reasons.

1. A win locks up the division.

2. A win also puts the Colts up basically two games on the Bengals with three to play in the race for the number three seed.

Will be a hard get especially with the way the Colts have been playing but an important one if they can.

Denver plays the Titans Sunday. Whether we beat Cincinnati or not (Depends who shows up cause they're about as inconsistent as we are) we'll win the division cause there's no way in all that makes sense that the Titans are beating the Broncos

Titans loss secures the division for us. Or a win by us. Either one works

Hopefully, both happen.

This is going to be a very tough game for us and most likely a loss.  We've been crushed by average teams lately and Cinci is pretty good and very capable of putting up big offensive numbers.  We don't have anyone to stop AJ Green.  Their defense is also very good.  Probably 34-13 Bengals victory.

This is a matchup league. Every game is different based on how personel matches up. Dalton is prone to turn the ball over. We have a shot here.

Can't help but agree here. Though if we can shake this funk we've been in then anything possible

We have a shot, just not much of one.  Bengals have been a lot more consistent throughout the season.  They have 4 losses by a combined 19 points while our last 2 losses have been catastrophic.

We will have to play our very best to have a shot at this important win. A loss puts us on track for the 4th seed.

Their D against our Oline will be a massacre. I hope Luck survives this game, it will be ugly. But Dalton will throw us a few picks if we can get any pressure up front. (please start Chapman) Aj Green has been quiting on routes lately if he is even semi covered. He doesn't fight for a poorly thrown ball. If Toler is back that should help with him.

If we can stop the run and run the ball, I think we win. They are loaded with playmakers on both sides of the ball. Eiffert is a bad matchup if our lbs try to cover him.

This is a very difficult matchup because we don't have much on offense that can hurt them....

...I'm repeating what's been said..but we must attack early..even at the risk of turnovers

We cant go I there half-steppin'

the good news..Even if we lose, we clinch the division if Tennessee loses at Denver

We are going to march into Cincy and slaughter those hapless Bengals......

(looks like I picked the wrong week to stop sniffing glue.)

I am not going to say we have no chance, but we don't have much of a chance unless things drastically change on offense in the next week.  Field goals are not going to cut it.  If we can somehow overcome those dreaded second and 6's which turn into 3 and 16, we might pull it off or at least be competitive.  No more shooting ourselves in the foot, as we are out of feet.

Just like my daddy used to say.......................

da rick rogers should play over dhb.......offense needs to improve to win this game,,,,,,,

Kevin Bowen @KBowenColts 1h

The WR breakdown was: T.Y. Hilton-53 snaps, DHB-46 snaps, LaVon Brazill-40 snaps, and Da'Rick Rogers-13 snaps. Total of 65 offensive snaps

This needs to change big time the next game. Probably Hilton with like 55, Brazill with like 45 and Rogers with 40. Basically bench DHB and move Brazill into his snaps and Rogers into what Brazills were last game.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if the Colts put up 30 points and beat the Bengals because we play better vs top competition and bad vs the bottom teams. If Rogers can start over DHB and give Luck the reliable wr he needs the Colts will win this game. Rogers is due for a breakout game and it could come vs the Bengals.

This is an important game for the #3 seed.  It's obvious that the 5th seed is going to be a top team, most likely Kansas City.  (Barring a meltdown)

The 6th seed is going to be a much worse team.  So getting the #3 seed is important.

But I just don't like how this match up works.  Bengals force a lot of turnovers and get a lot of pressure up the middle, right where we are the weakest.

Colt's are gonna have to play their best game to have a chance.

Yeah, the most probable outcome is a loss, putting us at 8-5.

We might as well start buying our AFC South champions gear! :)

    • I would personally like to see more bootlegs, and more throws on the run. AR is SO good at that.   Especially since they love playing out of shotgun so much.
    • Army is playing mistake free football, very impressive so far. One of a handful of unbeaten Group of 5 schools.

    • Once again running out time to put out a complete list of both offense and defensive players and where I have them ranked among their peers.  Common theme from original pre-college Week 1 many of the top players are not even listed or have fallen sharply after around 4 weeks of playing.    2025 NFL Draft QBs Cam Ward - Miami (FL) - Ward’s 3x300 games in a row have earned him 3-straight 90.0+ passing grades.  Jaxson Dart (MISS)  Diego Pavia (Vandy) - after 4 weeks and is R2 in the SEC ahead of Ewers, Manning, Milroe, Nussmeier, and Carson Beck.  Thrown 6 TDs no INTs, recovered 3 teammate fumbles. Ben Wooldridge (Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns) Noah Fiftia (Arizona)  KJ Jefferson (UCF) Tyler Shough (Louisville)  Cam Miller (NDST) Kyle McCord (Syracuse)   2025 NFL Draft OL LG Michael McAninch (Air Force) - After 3 weeks has a 91.7 overall season grade with a 92.4 RB grade.  Proved he can hold up to Baylor didn’t allow any QB pressure. RT Tyler Needham (Rutgers) 6’4” 306-pounds – After 3 weeks been dominant.  On 48 PB snaps only given up 1 QB hurry. LT/RT/OG Grey Zabel (North Dakota State) RT Lucas Scott (Army) 6’3” 305-pounds – After 3 weeks has an 85.2 RB grade.  Figure the Army trains more hand-to-hand combat and could be decent in PB game as well. LG Joshua Gray (Oregon State) LG Donovan Jackson (OSU) - good to see Jackson play again and display his dominance in his return to action. OT Wyatt Milum (West Virginia) RG Luke Kandra (Cincinnati) RG Tate Ratledge (Georgia LT Kelvin Banks Jr (Texas) LG Dylan Fairchild (Georgia) LT Percy Lewis (Auburn) 6’7” 355-pounds – After 4 weeks on 85 snaps has a 78.5 grade as a backup. OC Jake Slaughter (Florida) LT Josh Simmons (OSU)   2025 NFL Draft RBs RB/WR-KR Brashard Smith (Southern Methodist) 5’10” 196 pounds - Smith already has 17 missed tackles, 3rd most among all college RBs. RB Ashton Jeanty (Boise St) 5’9” 215-pounds  RB Quinshon Judkins (OSU) 6’0 219-pounds RB Jonah Coleman (Washington) RB RJ Harvey (UCF) 5’9” 208-pounds RB Ja’Quinden Jackson (Arkansas) 6’2” 233-pounds – Issues fumbling RB Treveyon Henderson (OSU) 5’10” 208 pounds RB Devin Neal (Kansas) 5’11” 215 pounds RB Omarion Hampton (UNC) 6’0” 220 pounds RB Nicholas Singleton (PSU) 6’0” 227 pounds RB Jo’Quavious “Woody” Marks (USC) 5’10 208-pounds   2025 NFL Draft WRs WR-Z Tai Felton (Maryland) WR-X Tre Harris (Mississippi) WR-X Ricky White (UNLV) WR-SL Nick Nash (San Jose State) WR-X Tetairoa McMillian (Arizona) WR-Z Kobe Hudson (UCF) WR-SL Kaedin Robinson (App St) WR-SL Xavier Restrepo Miami (FL) WR-X Andrew Armstrong (Arkansas) WR-M/ST PR-KR Jaylin Noel (Iowa St) WR-X Jayden Higgins (Iowa St) WR-Y Emeka Egbuka (OSU)   2025 NFL Draft TE TE Harold Fannin Jr. (Bowling Green) - outproduced rest of TE class against top 25 ranked teams and single-handedly beat PSU.  Prior to week 4 R1 I total yards (204) and YAC with 131. TE Tyler Warren (PSU) TE Jalin Conyers (Texas Tech) - After 3 weeks has an 83.7 overall PFF grade and with Texas Tech excelling in run-blocking. TE Brant Kuithe (Utah) TE/WR Oronde Gadsden II (Syracuse) TE Colston Loveland (Michigan) TE Terrance Ferguson (Oregon) TE Jake Briningstool (Clemson)
