Will Cedric Benson Be Eligible To Play This Week?

I heard something about a suspension and then something about it being appealed and him being eligible. I haven't seen anything conclusive one way or another.

If he is out it could be a big help for the troublesome Colt run defense.

Yeah he will play. But I don't think it matters much our D allows just as many yards to 2nd and 3rd string back as they do 1st. And although Ced is good he don't scare me any worse than Leonard does. But all it takes is for the offense to give the D a lil time to catch their breathes and we would be fine.

He's probably going to put up 100 yards on 26 carries, but the guy I'm scared of is Brian Leonard. He killed us in the preseason, and he should beat us when he comes in the game.
