I know the history and what I said was true. We have built a pretty good team but I think we need more go far in the playoffs. In three playoff games under Ballard- one win, one close loss and one blowout loss to a real contender. That's one win in 6 years, and it was against a team that wasn't a contender either. -
If irsay is bothered by Glenn’s retirement he for sure is about Lucks and that means no ROH for Luck. that said, Tarik deserves to be in there no doubt about it

I appreciate AC, and wish we still had him, but there is no doubt Tarik Glenn was the best LT to ever suit up for the INDY based Colts. I’d argue that Glenn was a top 5 NFL LT most of the years he played for the shoe (his only team). He got off the ball so fast that sometimes the referees called him for false starts that weren’t even warranted. Tarik more than has a reason to be bothered by this. Is Irsay holding a grudge about Glenn’s early retirement? Come on Jim. Do the right thing man. This is one of the easiest decisions you could ever make. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2021/03/04/tarik-glenn-is-bothered-by-not-being-in-the-colts-ring-of-honor/

The last paragraph is completely misleading. Now to be fair, you’re not the only poster to point this out. But it’s still misleading. 2015 and 16 are on Grigson’s watch. 2017, Irsay asked to stick with Pagano and we had no Andrew Luck. 2018: Luck returns, playoffs, one win. 2019: again, no Luck, and as a result, no luck. 2020: back in the playoffs. Played well in a road loss to a very good team. There are a ton of extenuating circumstances here. It’s not as Black and White as you make it seem.
