   Besides Andrew Luck - which veteran offensive COLTS (not a veteran free agent) player do you believe will make the most improvement from the 2012 to the 2013 season ??

Well since you said aside from Andrew Luck, then I'm assuming your definition of veteran, at least in this sense, is any player who is not a rookie.  And if that's the case then I'll say that without question I think Fleener shows the most improvement.

My vote is for Castonzo.  The fact that he will finally have a competent guard next to him, one more year of experience, and he's been working hard improving his footwork (or lack thereof) we might finally see the franchise left tackle that I believe he is.

I agree Fleener or Whalen.Since both were on Peps team but Fleener more.Fleener was a little nicked up last year I expect alot more out of him.
