This is just a fun thought but what if this was the payment scale Rookies have a base rate of $1 million which continues the length of the contract 2nd contract base is $2 million and so on You can increase your salary by hitting goals Credits Defense 1. Tackles 2. Sacks 3. Qb Hits and Hurries 4. Interceptions and tipped passes and so on with other metrics Debits 1. Missed tackles 2.. Passes completed 3. Out of position 4. Laziness and other and similar for the offense and special teams You would see harder working players that would learn to focus on good play Just a thought with the cost of salaries that keep rising in pro sports -

In the last 2 weeks, he had guys drop 3 sure TD's = Ogletree vs Lions. Pierce, Mitchell vs Pats. Hit them perfect right in the hands and balls were dropped. Pittman had a drop ball vs the Pats too vs the Pats that would have been big a 1st down. Those balls weren't thrown hard at all. -

That is your opinion of the defense. My opinion is different. I believe we have very talented and impressive players on the defense that are not being utilized to their abilities. Bradley's defensive schemes put our defense in bad situations. The bend but don't break mindset doesn't work when it breaks more than bends. You can aim on what you perceive as negative towards Ballard and completely ignore the positive things he has done. Try looking at the big picture.
