ruksak
That was a poorly written, wandering and WAY TOO LONG of an article. A quick summary of events would've sufficed but this thing turned into a novel. Based on the terrible presentation of the article, I would be suspicious of it's claims. Leon
....They really expect people to believe this? agreed, so theyre telling us that a manti dated a girl who never existed faked a death, and he was never aware of this? i dont buy it, sounds like notre dames statement is saying he had ben fooled while the article is saying he was involved, which he had to be or this makes no sense whatsoever
Matugi
He's not a good linebacker, anyway. He got smoked when he had to go up against NFL caliber players. I wouldn't touch him with a 39-and-a-half foot pole.

Leon
Hmmm, these are some serious claims then. they arent claims, its all true, notre dame has already issued an official statement on it, the only difference is they make him out to be a victim, and the article says he was in on it, other than that, it was all a hoax

Carlos Danger
They....they actually released that? ikr? Even if the Notre Dame statement is accurate, it still knocks Teo down the draft board for being the most gullible person on the planet... reminds me of that movie "Catfish"... What I don't get is why he would continue to perpetrate the lie, knowing he would eventually be caught up.... I never read the word "*" in any of the scouting reports.... Leon
Can you give a summary? I have to go pick up food right now. Thanks in advance! manti's statement "This is incredibly embarrassing to talk about, but over an extended period of time, I developed an emotional relationship with a woman I met online. We maintained what I thought to be an authentic relationship by communicating frequently online and on the phone, and I grew to care deeply about her. "To realize that I was the victim of what was apparently someone's sick joke and constant lies was, and is, painful and humiliating. "It further pains me that the grief I felt and the sympathies expressed to me at the time of my grandmother's death in September were in any way deepened by what I believed to be another significant loss in my life. "I am enormously grateful for the support of my family, friends and Notre Dame fans throughout this year. To think that I shared with them my happiness about my relationship and details that I thought to be true about her just makes me sick. I hope that people can understand how trying and confusing this whole experience has been. "In retrospect, I obviously should have been much more cautious. If anything good comes of this, I hope it is that others will be far more guarded when they engage with people online than I was. "Fortunately, I have many wonderful things in my life, and I'm looking forward to putting this painful experience behind me as I focus on preparing for the NFL Draft."
