They have quit..

I have seen many Colt teams do it. That is bad, they are 11-1 and they are showing NO fight, or PRIDE.

I am telling you all, Kubiack and Wilson = soft... weak... losing.

I can't blame the coaches for giving up. 42-7, best to preserve the quarterback and the franchise runningback. This definitely stings. I don't know what to say about this game.

Patriots really love to run up the score when the games practically over. They don't care, they'll pass all over the place with a 40 point lead in the 4th.

Time for TJ

I don't blame them...the way the secondary has been playing, I would put it up in the air every chance I got too. Try and see if I could make it to 70. This is a night to forget...

I'm not looking forward to the Colts playing the Texans after this loss. We can just hope they play the same lol. Somehow I doubt they will.

Well the game is 60 minutes long and I would hope the Colts would do the same instead of getting soft. JMO :)

It's no big deal they can pass for 100 points for all I care. :)

I'm shocked at how crappy the texans are today...I mean REALLY crappy. At least they will be on a real SHORT week for our game against them coming up this Sunday! I hope that favors us a bit.

A mad bull isn't exactly something I would want to see. You are right though. We played terribly tonight.

Well it's really hard to play in Foxboro in December. I really thought it would be a close game. Sorry friend. :slaphead:

Houston has shown me NOTHING..

A Johnson was jogging on every route I watched...

This team is soft.

They are not championship caliber.

Hey, tonight was bad, but A.J. is a class act, he is probably the most competitive person on this team. We are not soft...tonight was bad but I know my team, we are fighters and are definitely championship caliber. Sometimes a team has to be humbled in order to get in the right mindset anyway.

You are going to get an ANGRY Texans team next Sunday. Ask the Ravens what happen after that Green Bay game. 43-13.

If you are a Texans fan this is really not the time to be talking smack. I mean come on......

But, good luck in Indy later. I mean you guys rock there......

You're right. They haven't lost in December at home since '02. Seems like the boys took that to heart tonight. Oh well, time to go and lick the wounds, start getting ready for the next one. Here's to a competitive game next week.

Well Jules I think he is right we will get a very angry team next Sunday and it will be a hard game to win unless we stay with them 60 minutes. Hoping we can pull it off though.

Hahaha, not gonna relay that message. :) I think the Texans are going to be very eager to spoil 12's homecoming next week though lol.

In all honesty I won't be upset at all if we lose Sunday. I consider either game vs. Houston a bonus if we win one. I was never seriously thinking division title this year and the Lions/Jags did not help us out in that regard either.

I would be more then happy to be 10-6 with a win over the Chiefs and the 5th seed. I want to beat Houston but more then that I want to come out injury free and hope it at least is a good game.

I just consider them house money games again like vs. GB/NE..

I hope we beat KC but that is a hard place to play and we have a rough time on the road so we will have to play our A+ game. That could be a trap game for sure. JMO

Golly I sure hope Houston is not sitting all week feeling ... confident, happy, content, Div locked up, nothing to play for, and have Indy roll in and kick that butt.

I think content and happy aren't going to be felt around here for the rest of the regular season. They now have something to prove in the postseason. If we think we deserve to be in the Super Bowl, then we have to get through New England first, and the only chance for that will be in the playoffs. We better be up for the challenge next time.

We will beat KC. ;) I think the Titans was the trap game, felt that all week heading into it.

We have to see what happens this weekend though. If somehow we win then it's amazing and we actually have a legit shot to win the division. If we lose then the Colts have been fantastic this year at rebounding off a loss.

It will work out.

You all better be UP next week... or you will get your butt handed to you.

The Colts are for real.

You guys should have put Mallett in earlier. I for one would have appreciated it. :D

hehe. dont feel bad. thats not the first team they've steamrolled this season.

The game plan and coach preparation in the 1st qtr is what did it.

Notice the early defense time out after two big Foster runs. Then they stopped in. Dunno what they changed but.......

I did notice that. They all drank their Superman juice and the game was over right there haha. Or the Texans turned into a mother hen quite inexplicably after the timeout. One of the two. haha

    • Yep. He must of woke up Thursday with it. I assume Pinter will play center if he can’t go. That tackle slot is worrisome if smith can’t go. The defense is looking ridiculously banged up.
    • QB is hard.  It's easy to sit back and expect guys to look like Marino but every QB has a different ceiling and a different path to that ceiling.  And again getting there is a long and tough road and the toughness in that road includes everything from injuries to quality of the team around them.   Richardson still looks like the guy we saw on tape in college.  He is an elite run threat who can put the ball anywhere on the field, but his consistency in ball placement is not good.  I used to believe that can't be fixed.  Until Josh Allen.  Now these types of QBs are guys teams will take a flyer on, because of supply and demand, and the immense impact if you can hit on one of them.  But here we are and he's still the same QB, which is a bit of a concern to me at this point.   It's not like he doesn't still have time to get his game in order.  He does.  And even if he fails in Indy he'll have another chance with another team due to his talent level.  So it's still too early to get all crazy about where he's at.   For myself I'll say what I keep saying about him: he needs to learn to move the offense from the protection of the pocket.  That is how you have a long career and end up in the Hall with a million passing yards.  If he does not develop that part of his game the end result will be his teams will use his legs to move the offense and he'll get hurt and miss time and demonstrate why RBs have such a short shelf life.  So his career is in his hands.  He has to learn and do it or he'll suffer the results.
    • I wonder how Kelly got his neck injury he seemed fine and even practiced on Wednesday right,
    • Seems like every time the Colts face the Steelers the OL gets injured smh.
    • Through three games, Richardson is tied for sixth among QBs with 18 rushing attempts (6.0 per game). That's about half of the rushing attempts of league leaders Jayden Daniels, Lamar Jackson, and Jalen Hurts. https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/nfl-qb-rushing-yards-leaders-2024
