Man, he must feel like his head is about to explode. I read once where a player said the second he got hit in the head, he put his hands to his helmet because he felt like his head was about to explode and he thought the only thing keeping his head together (literally) were his hands. I think Hilton just had a similar experience. Concussions are a scary thing.
