the rebuild is done to prevent consistent loosing, so after one year, fans were upset with a loosing record , so the owner decides to rebuild which could result in sub par season, assuming the record is the same or average, how is this satisifying the fans, short -term like this past season, is the owner not really pushing colts fans to the limits, pessimesticly we could make the wild card play off game, what if in his goal to become competitive within 3 -4 years doesnt come to fruition, i feel like we have been cheated out of the greatest player to play the QB position
