  1. I loved seeing Jackson on the field.  I was sad when he got hurt and couldn't play in the 2017 season.  I really had high hopes for the guy.  He had a pretty sweet nickname too.  But the sadness I had of him not playing in the 2017 season does not compare to the sadness I feel now.  From what I hear, he did the right thing and took an uber ride after a night of drinking and ends up being killed by a drunk driver.  ONLY THE GOOD DIE YOUNG!  RIP... Edwin "Poundcake" Jackson.  The Colts family will miss you.  Prayers out to the Jackson and Monroe family.

  2. So far this season, I'm really liking Simon, Sheard, Mingo, Anderson, Wilson (when he plays), Hooker, Melvin, Woods, and Hankins.  With this being said, I thinks have a good core of D players going into next season.  Oh i forgot I like what I've seen from Hairston too.

  3. Here’s a question, what traits are you guys seeing that shows he has promise, because I’m just not seeing any.  Yes his receivers did not help him that’s for sure.  But the serious lack of pocket presence, can’t feel pressure, not throwing the ball away, and turning the ball over in key situations.  You have to know when the game is on the line that you can not take a sack.

If the browns are picking up $4 mill of his 2017 contract, I don't think he is going to command a lot of money.  I am sure teams will only pay him X amount of dollars as they take that into consideration.  So on a 1 year deal, if a team is willing to give him $4 mill.  He will be making $8 mill which is ridiculous money for a player that is declining in his play.  That being said if the colts can get him for $2 mill I say sign him.  The only downfall to that though is he might take reps away from QW in the long run.

  6. To tell you the truth, that presser to me just seemed like the same old Pagano.  Still no accountability for anyone. We are terrible everywhere except special teams.  I saw a presser yesterday that i thought i would share that shows the edmonton oilers coach hold accountability and show his emotion.  Now this is what I would like to see in our organization.

TY is approaching the level of his good friend, Antonio Brown. Not there yet, but he is on his way. I went nuts when he scored in Wembley.

My only gripe is, he leaves some yards on the field sometimes, running out of bounds where there is room to cut back for an extra few. But obviously he is a diminutive wide out and we shouldn't have him taking the hits that others do.

I don't have a problem with him running out of bounds if the first down has been made, but if he needs to get a first then I agree he has to try to get the yards and not be soft.  With that being said i want the little guy to take as little damage as possible.

If so, my next question is, why would you leave an average RT on an island to block one of the greatest pass rushers in the last decade?

No tight end chip?  No RB chip?

The coaching staff had wayyy too much faith in Reitz in that critical, obvious passing situation at that point in the game.

    It's not rocket science, either.

You have made a very good point zibby, and this is exactly the reason why I have little faith in Pagano.  Isn't Belichick's rule "take away there best player". I think that is words to play football by, and on a obvious passing play you would think you would want to do just that!  Without Ware, make the side with Miller the strong side and help Reitz!

-Alot of people will disagree but I say Walden. He is nothing more than serviceable against the run and pass. Not great at either and I think a couple of the rookies have a higher upside

    -Nate Irving

    -Jalil Brown

Walden is going nowhere, i think he is a solid starter
