I'm not in Indy but I listen to their podcasts. I would say JMV is #1.
Seconded. JMV is the best in town.

I mean, yeah. Totally. Who cares about anything anyone says, like...ever in the history of...well, everything. We should never comment or express thoughts on the thoughts of others ever again.
Nice stretch. You obviously have a stranglehold on the point I was making.

Who cares? It's not like what anyone predicts will impact what actually happens on the field.
Colts are gonna be what they're gonna be, regardless if anyone predicts them to win 3 games or 13.

That’s it? Kill someone drunk driving and get nothing. Have a joint on you and go to jail for life.
Makes sense.
Huh?

I don't think that's correct. I've read that he's starting training camp, not the season, on PUP. Same as Hooker.

Yes.....baseball analytics guys provided us groundbreaking discoveries such as "on base percentage is important" back in the 2000s. Managers had no clue that it was important to get on base the century and a half baseball existed prior to that. Hopefully the dorks can bring those kind of sweeping reforms to the NFL.

Well, he was very productive in Detroit, so why would I be worried? I'm very excited.

He never had it re-scoped, let alone corrective surgery. Just rest, a mysterious Euro trip, and then rehab, probably not too unlike last year. So there is the unknown.
To me, the rubber hits the road when it is time for 11 on 11 drills.
And the occasional ex front office guy saying they believe Luck will be ready. People latch on to that like a drowning victim trying to grab their life saver...
And the frequent current top front office guy saying he believes Luck will be ready.

Their defensive depth chart is complete garbage.
So not only will Desir not be starting, but he'll be 3rd string? Chris Milton is ahead of him?
Worthless effort by Ourlads.

Honestly I didn’t think his movements and cuts were very fluid, so I wouldn’t be surprised
Agreed. Other conclusions i've drawn from this 4 second twitter video posted in Mid-May were that his reaction time looks slow, I don't like the angle he took to get to the outside, he looked rather flat-footed when changing directions & his anticipation seemed slower than normal.
I think he's out for the entire season, personally.

8-8 is unreasonably optimistic? Tell that to the Vegas book makers, where millions of dollars are at stake based on what line they set. They have the Colts win total as 7.5.

I can't see keeping 7 linebackers when we don't even have 1 on the roster who has proven to be an NFL caliber player.

I always thought he was overrated with the 2nd/3rd round talk, thought 4th or 5th was more appropriate. So I can't complain with the value.
Cool. I'm glad you are fine with the value of this pick. Now that that's settled, we can move onto looking at UDFA.

I'm going to give it an I.
I could give an F what anyone *thinks* right now. I care only about what I see on the field.

This tells me the Colts didnt like Hurst's medicals. If he turns into a great player this will be heavily scrutinized.
Since every team in the NFL passed on Hurst 4, sometimes 5 times, this is a universal statement.

I agree he's probably finished.
Yep. That's why Ballard traded away a golden opportunity to draft his replacement.

What's the problem? If he sucks, then he won't be on the team. Simple as that.
If he makes the team, consider that a) it means he's one of the best 5 cornerbacks on the roster and b) the professionals evaluating him who, each one of them, are more knowledgable than any 20 people combined on this message board are and who's livelihoods depend on making educated evaluations, have determined he's good enough to warrant a roster spot.

Sweet! No need to draft an OG now, with Vuj back in the fold! We are set for the next decade.

Sorry.... this won't be popular...
But this ranking is both ridiculous and embarrassing.
It won't be popular, but it's true. I don't see how the Colts could possibly be ranked anywhere but at the bottom 3.

Where did they have Philadelphia ranked at this time last year?

Please call or email Ballard to let him know that he signed the wrong safety. Quick, before it's too late.
