    JT was pulled down by the collar while inside the tackle box. Per rule, no penalty was called. If it’s dangerous, why is it legal inside the tackle box?

    Here we go again. Draft a QB in round 1 and let him get hurt over and over.

    It may be true that no team will be willing to give Taylor the money he wants, or what the Colts will want for him. However, the Colts shouldn’t just take chump change for him. Considering how results have panned out with Ballard transactions the last couple of years, the Colts will probably end up a bunch of very late round picks spread out over a couple of years.

    Now that Ballard signed Minshew (and his 1970’s porn star mustache), I bet the QB room will consist of Elinger, Foles, and Minshew. Ballard will probably deal the 4th pick for a couple of late round picks this year and next year. He has the Colts on the way to being the sub-mediocre team they were in the mid to late 90’s.

    I can see what you’re saying. However, (when he’s healthy) he’s one of the few bright spots on defense. Another thing that put the Colts in this situation is the money Ballard put into the O-line (Smith, Kelly, Nelson) and it was still a leaky line last year. Yet another thing is the QB carousel Ballard has had the team riding.

    Has there been any word put out from the Colts on who they are thinking of drafting in the first round?

    No on Fields, for ANY of the Colts picks. They need to use first round pick on drafting a QB. With the rest of their picks, Ballard needs to address the other problems on both side of the ball. O-line, D-line, WR, etc

    With Ballard, it’s been more than 3 minutes. It’s been several seasons of bad drafting few FA moves. In his case, the waiter put bad food on the table before we walked into the restaurant.

    If the Colts don’t win the division, or at least wild card playoffs, then Irsay will need to make some changes. His team is the Titanic and the iceberg is coming up.
