The Kenner 1995 Star Wars "Power of the Force" figures are now 20 years old. Why are they not consider vintage yet? They should at least be in the near future. Sigh...I feel old.

Serpico definitely sounds like a must see film with corruption in play & sadly once you are categorized as a criminal that label never is allowed to leave you by other members of society. Plus, if you are never given a chance at upward mobility through a legal means what else is a person supposed to do starve? Again, I've never seen Serpico, but I think I can anticipate some of the crucial themes throughout. Good stuff.

Small or not, your Star Wars collection would be cool to see since all of my Lucas memorabilia blew away in an 84 tornado. You seem like a person with intriguing interests off the beaten path. I like that. Yeah that sucks when computers die & you lose well written documents that you poured your heart into. I've been there man. It really blows. Thanks for breaking down major Serpico themes for me. I do know that Scarface is a top 100 flick by the American Film Institute. It's been...

It's been years since I've seen it [scarface] though. I go thru phases where I crave watching a good villain on screen or a genuine guy who is a sincere anti-hero just trying to get by & facing obstacles at every turn from a familiar past they are trying to leave behind, but simply can't or they aren't allowed to let it go.

The most random greatest thing ever

The new season of American Horror is an endless stream of shameless ripoffs with non stop referencing to classic Horror media

There's nothing I love more than music, then there is nothing I hate more than everything besides music. The yin yang is complete.

They did the right thing today, proud to see progress moving forward. Even prouder to say I got to live as a witness to this day.

This is literally the coolest Star Wars related thing ever

This is the season to have nosebleeds and extreme allergy problems not even 3 days in.

VICTORY: I finally have healthcare now and can afford to see a doctor. Finally getting the care to my back and leg that I have desperately needed for so long and able to afford to finally afford my meds. Valentine's Day love comes in mysterious ways

My best friend, grew up together since the 5th grade. He's been stationed in Japan the last 3 years through the Marines, had not heard from him in some time and then out of no where he calls and says he's heading over. I could have done cart wheels if my back would let me!
Southwest I know what you mean. I've been following those stories for quite some time on PTSD's and some of the medical treatment for our soldiers. My friend is through the marines and has alr...

We might be bad this year, but we still own you Atlanta

Well I did it, The Colts won the Super Bowl in Tecmo Super Bowl. Closest Super Bowl I have ever played. 16-14, Colts win on a last second field goal. The Cowboys defense made it a very tough game. Offense was non factor as Aikman was shut down most the game, except Emmitt Smith had some breaks.

No I don't know how to record games. It was a crappy game though. The Colts lone TD came from a blocked punt by some unknown DB by the name of Jason Belser. I blocked 2 punts, that was 10 points, of my total 16. Dallas could have won the game after a Jeff George pick put them at the Colts 30, and they got down to the 22 but Lin Elliot missed it. That set up the George drive that resulted in the 52 yard game winning FG.

Latin eh? Carpe diem? The original source for this Latin phrase is the lyric poet Quintus Horatius Flaccus (65 BC – 8 BC), more widely known as Horace. The term is first found in Odes Book I:
"Dum loquimur, fugerit invida
Aetas: carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero" which translates as: "While we're talking, envious time is fleeing: pluck the day, put no trust in the future." Okay, I got nothing. Ha! Ha!

Well, screw it. TSB Colts here I am come! Jeff George is going to win a Super Bowl....in video game world that is.

What the funk? New Prince song sounds pretty good

I agree Bogie ever since Prince dropped his name & became a symbol; I have no idea what to make of his musical creativity or choices. I still need to check out his new song. I have preoccupied with a family matter lately, but I will get to hearing the new track very soon I promise. You have my word.
