    I guess Jasc Animation Shop codecs do not cooperate with Windows 8.1...sigh. For once I actually miss Vista. Can't use a simple conversion of an avi video to make a gif for an ad I am working on.

      i can't afford mac. Wish I still had the Vista computer just for doing graphics like this.

      While that is true, I give them credit for boosting security. Windows 8 and 8.1 have far better security than XP and Vista ever had.
