My friends dad was a photographer and he took live pictures of the Pacers. He had polio so he needed help setting up his equipment so David (my friend) and myself would help. Very nice research. When things are going bad it's an easy thing to point fingers at everything Including the cap space. Other than striking out on offensive linemen Ballard has done a pretty good job. The problem is there is a severe shortage of offensive linemen available and 90% of GMs have trouble finding them.
