Happy for Deon Jackson to have signed with a new team. With Nick Chubb's season-ending injury - it's not surprising that it is "all hands on deck" in Cleveland.

WAY TO GO COACH GUS BRADLEY ON "BRINGING THE HEAT" VS THE RAVENS!! I felt that the Colts defense would take a major step forward this season - with the continuity of the coaching staff - PLUS the return of the majority of our starters.

Agreed - the Colts signed Hines to an extension - and - then failed to use him in a way that benefitted his skill set. That's on the previous coaching staff - and - not GM Chris Ballard. I think Zack Moss deserves some kudos for his performances in a Colts uniform.

I think the Colts have made a case that they have been underestimated by the sports media for 2023. I don't think the Colts will have a top 5 pick - maybe a top 10 - but - we all know that that won't be good enough a position to acquire Marv Jr.

UPDATE ON ALAN WILLIAMS: CBS reported on Sunday that there was NO police presence of any kind - regarding Bears DC Alan Williams resignation. However - the Bears "Human Resource Department" was a part of the discussion that led to the resignation. No further details were shared - which is standard in employment issues.

It's week 3 people - give Sean Payton a chance to begin to put "his team" together - rather than a hand-me-down team. I believe that Mike McDaniel & the front office staff have been on the same page from day 1 and it is beginning to show on the field - and - in the won/lost column!! McDaniel could have chosen to set an NFL record for points scored in a single NFL game - but - chose not to. At that point in the game - who would have really cared other than the Dolphins team and fan base.

Cowboys - Chicago - and - Denver gave a whole new meaning to the word "crapper"!!

Jeff Saturday returned to ESPN this week as one of their NFL analysts!! Everyone seemed genuinely happy to have him back. I know I was particularly happy - since I recently upgraded my cable package so that I could get ESPN & ESPN2. WELCOME BACK JEFF!!

Nope - unfortunately - that's what his autograph appearance average. I agree - the average fan can't afford the autograph + the item they bring + the entry ticket + the trip to Chicago without taking out a second mortgage on their oldest child.

I'm counting the days until TE Jelani Woods can return to the lineup. It's my understanding that the Colts plan to use him as a "down the field" option. Hoping that's true - as I have him stashed on "reserve" on my fantasy football team.
