That's pretty much the summary statement... And having a great qb seems 90 percent good luck and 10 percent skill in planning and drafting. It's like saying somebody is good or not at slot machines.
I suppose it's fair to point out that the scoring system is arbitrary and the colts basically do well on this list by the presence of Leonard and Nelson being frequently named all pros and almost no other merits beyond that for draft pick assessments, but still nice to see...
