  1. that is a sky is falling mindset. It isn’t there yet, and Pitt never said he wanted out of Indy. But we will see what happens.
  2. well the Texans weren’t going to be a crappy team forever. They had Watson too not so long ago. If Ballard can’t get things going everyone will get their wish. So seeing as how we don’t know what AR is, by the time we do know, we will also know if Ballard is staying. I think AR can be just as dynamic as stroud was before losing his guys. Maybe more so. If we can beat the Texans with an elite stroud we can beat anyone. And the colts already have shown they can beat anyone. Keep AR healthy and the sky is the limit.
  3. IF and that’s a big if, AR can stay healthy, I’m not worried about Houston so much, and even less the Jags. Stroud did good this year but he’s stoppable.
  4. I’d really like to believe this is the year Ballard spends a 1st on a pass catcher. It doesn’t seem to be his MO. Usually once you have your QB you get guys to put around him so I’m hoping he break routine… if he doesn’t and we do get a top pass rusher it wouldn’t kill me.
  5. I don’t follow college but I’ve heard a few names of guys close to Harrison’s talent level.
  6. I guess I should clarify, go all out in the draft for playmakers on offense. I’d like to see a top WR in the first round even if it means trading up.
  7. I think that the way the league is set up you’re rarely going to have an elite defense. I’m not the biggest Bradley fan out there but I don’t see many guys doing much better with the league the way it is, and the players we have. we are closer to having a top 5 offense than having a top 5 defense. So go offense and out score everyone else.
  8. Go all out on the offense is my standpoint. Get play makers at WR, TE and draft depth on the oline. however I don’t see Ballard doing this. He will do what he always does.
  9. The Colts need to go all in on the offense and getting legit skill players for AR. I’d love to see the colts draft Bowers at TE. He can do it all. If you have to trade up you trade up. Bowers would make the run game and the pass game better. This is an offense driven league. You can’t have an elite defense and an elite offense. In todays league you go all out on making sure you have an elite offense because the game itself is geared towards that.
  10. The throw was on Minshew. Horrible pass of many that game. The throw still hit our guy in the hands. Both players failed even if the guy was offsides. I hate the refs, but in this situation I blame the players. The play was there to be had and those two guys fell on their faces, and the RB quite literally.
  11. feels like a long shot for AR to stay healthy. I don’t feel good about that.
  12. The monkey that colts don’t win big games keeps gripping harder on this team.
  13. The browns game hurt worse because they are an AFC team. And to add insult to injury, the refs were bad. So for everyone out there who don’t like to put blame on the refs for rigging games, tell me how that game didn’t hurt the colts winning the division this year? Or being in the playoffs? Because 1 game can cause you to miss the playoffs, or lose a playoff game ultimately losing your chance at a SB. Every call that is made weighs heavily on what happens with any said team in the league or in sports in general. Legalizing gambling has made this even worse. ultimately I think less rules is better for the game of football.
  14. even if you don’t have JT in there put Moss in.
  15. So I went back to this, and yea, it cheered me up. I think AR blows the Texans out last night.
  16. I’ve been patient with Ballard. I think for fans it comes down to the fear of getting someone worse than Ballard. But I think it’s time to be rid of him. If AR can stay healthy I think he’s the guy and he will save Ballards job, though. Having a QB that is good/great does a lot for your team. I think it’s pretty clear, teams without a top QB have similar to worse records than the Colts had this year. And for the love of God please let Bradley go.
  17. lol I know. As soon as the game ended I’ve said on here it would be the game that would bite us come playoff seeding. I was just making a joke about the apology.
  18. Why you mad the NFL apologized for that
  19. Minshew was off all game. These are the games where QB play trumps everything else which is why the Texans are in the playoffs and the Colts aren’t. Minshew had less passing yards than JT had rushing yards. Zero TDs. Minshew needed one more good drive and 7 points and this team is in the playoffs and he couldn’t deliver in 58 minutes of football. Hence why he’s a backup and not a starter. I really hope AR can stay healthy in 2024.
  20. Crazy. I’ve got this game and hopefully a playoff game and then I’m moving back to IN.
  21. I went to the RCA dome and couldn’t hear or feel myself screaming. But I could feel everyone else screaming! That place was rocking. Of course, it helps when you’ve got Peyton Manning.
