I just watched the debut of NBC's "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" & I was not very impressed at all...They gave Conan O'Brien the axe for this guy? Are you serious? LOL!

Okay, I watched Jimmy Fallon the day after his debut & my less than stellar opinion of him hasn't changed at all. His monologue slightly improved from complete crap to substandard garbage, he needs to fire his head comedy writer, he still has no idea how to interview anyone, & he laughs at stuff that is only funny to him. He reminds of a guy on a campus TV station that nobody watches. He's thinks he's a genius but no 1 else is laughing. Just sad...
Jerry Seinfield did a dumb comedy routine slamming postal workers & stamps. He also proceeded to make the unfounded assumption that everyone owns a cell phone, texts, e-mails online, & thereby infer that a person doesn't really matter if they do not own a computer or cell phone. Sigh...Technology does not define a person's value or worthiness okay. It really irritates me when celebrities do lame things like this.
Lady Gaga's live performance was alright & the Barbershop Quartet version of an R. Kelly number was clever. What is the mystique surrounding Jimmy? I will never see it. A permanent enigma to me I guess. To me, Mr. Fallon will always Fall on his face & watching him makes me appreciate Conan, Craig, & David Letterman even more now. Graceful timing can never be underestimated. Thanks Jimmy 4 reminding me of that. Trash helps you appreciate art right?
