I really need to apply this.

  7. Great Games this weekend. Congrats to Matt for his 3rd win of the season for the Colts. And congrats and Happy Birthday to Brock on his first start and win for the Broncos.

What Hoosier citizens could get either the Colts or the Broncos games. That's a travesty. I got both games just fine on Direct TV Sunday Ticket from WI. Now that's bizarre.

Yeah, both Brock & Matthew played well yesterday. Winning on his birthday is pretty cool with his family to celebrate the moment is pretty awesome indeed.

I need to watch our INDY victory in it's entirety today. I always DVR the game & watch other games or switch back & forth on Sundays. I will watch Matthew from start to finish tonight & tape MNF.

    Papa Johns Sunday

Aww.. Thanks, SW1. I know you like hearing the stories of these special young adults we work with. Amy was so sweet. I love the sweetness and innocence of some of these individuals... When the guy from Papa John's presented her with her 20 year pin it went something like this: Mike: I'd like to present this 20 year pin to you (then he looks at the audience and says I've never presented one of these before) I'm guessing not many stay at PJ's for long.. Amy: what is this for? Mike: Well, when employees work for our company for 20 years, we like to give them this speci
  10. I have often shared stories of my involvement with the Special Needs Community. Today I have another one to share. Yesterday was a day to celebrate one of these individuals we've come to know and love over the years. Amy is a very sweet handicapped young lady who has been employed with Papa Johns for 20 years now. Her job is to fold pizza boxes and she has folded over 1 million boxes in this time frame. Her family, and Papa Johns felt this was an accomplishment worth celebrating. They invited a large number of family, friends and people from the community to celebrate this special day. P
  11. With all due respect to the courage it must have taken for Bruce Jenner to turn himself into Caitlyn Jenner, ESPN fumbled this one. On Monday, the sports network announced that it had selected Jenner to receive the ESPY Arthur Ashe award for courage. Given the enormous — and largely self-generated — publicity spawned by the transformation of Bruce to Caitlyn, it was a no-brainer for the sports network. When it comes to ratings, it’s hard to beat a man who was an Olympic champion who then went on to be a star on a trashy television show and then shared his private agony over gender identificat
  12. We were also at the Seattle and Denver games last year. Been to at least one home game a year since 1998. Hoping to get one in this year too. Rest assured it will be a Win
  13. The Colts have Never lost a game I've been to..... ..... just sayin' ;)
  14. I know alot of the members enjoy conversing with each other on gameday, and I can imagine it would be hard to keep up with everything in one thread, but on the other hand you don't need 30 different threads on one game. Hopefully this will work. I personally try to stay away from the threads on gameday... I want to be able to watch the game and not have it tainted by the opinions of others, but that's just me.
  15. , I love this. Grandkids are so precious. Your comment about hoping Andrew would be picking him up at the airport made me smile, and made me remember back several years ago when my son was planning his wedding in Tennessee and while making out the guest list, my then 4 year old grandson Tanner asked me if Peyton would be there. ;)
  16. Message to the Pats... COLTS stands for Count On Losing This Saturday. Go Get It Done, Guys.
  17. it's okay, you'll still be ahead of me at the end of the day
  18. Mac... She would if she Could.... Serioiusly, just hoping to pay it forward and take my Son ;)
  19. Well, if I can't win them, I certainly hope one of my friends will. ;) Good Luck
