  1. Loved watching Marvin Harrison Jr. in the Rose Bowl tonight!

  2. Thanks Adam. You were perfect today!

  3. I didn't get to watch the game today.  I only saw the last few minutes, and  I got to see Adam kick the game winning FG, which made my heart happy.

Some just do not appreciate our team. It is too bad that some people are like that. Negativity is really bad IMO. As they throw Adam and JB under a bus and we are 5-2. The way some people post in here you would think we were 2-5. To me this has been a real fun year. I love our QB, Kicker, Coach, O.Line, and even think our Defense is good for a change.

  4. Pats or Steelers.  :dunno:

Probably the 2 teams I most detest.

    Still going to watch...

Never Pats! Especially after the A.B. situation. Something sneaky going on there IMO.

So, you're not fond of the Steelers eh? Is it those God awful throwback bumble bee uniforms? They are not my cup of tea either. Hope all is well Gramz. :D

I am late to the party but I can't stand either team. Reasons are obvious. The Steelers and Pats both seem to always have the REFS in their back pocket in big games. The Colts would probably have 3 or 4 more SB wins if it wasn't for those two teams. 1995, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2014 all stick out as seasons that we got eliminated by either the Steelers or Pats in the playoffs.

  5. To some of the long time members here...i just had an email from MAC.  It was a nice surprise..its been a few years since I've heard from him.

Nice! Hope he is well. Is he still a Mets fan?

Tell him that from one Mets fan to another "LGM". (Stands for "Let's Go Mets")

Bet that was quite a surprise foe you.   Guess some of us long time members don't get heard from very often. lol

I hope MAC is doing alright. Nice fella. Glad to hear he touched base with ya Gramz.

Thanks for the heads up. I hope you had a nice time catching up. Sweet.

  6. Such a disappointing Final Sunday for the season.    I say Final, because I will not watch the SB this year, or any of the crapola leading up to it.

Something needs to be done about the officiating.  It was a real joke this season.

    3. NFLfan

      NFLfan

The officiating is a joke. It is ruining football. Many are questioning the integrity of the game because of awful calls and non-calls.

  8. What a Game!    Whew :td:

  9. Hell might freeze over.   I took Brady AND Gronk in my fantasy fb draft tonight.

You both have Brown, that is excellent. I am stuck with Hopkins LOL, Hopkins Is great though but he isn't Brown.

    3. teganslaw

      teganslaw

I play daily fantasy football, (fanduel) and always have Antonio Brown on my teams. I've found that one can't be sentimental with players or teams. The main thing is to win and get points. Sometimes you just have to give in and draft players from teams you don't like.

Good luck to all my friends as they engage in fantasy football selections this year. I hope you all win some serious money or bragging rights along the way.

  10. Package arrived today!    Listening now, and it sounds great.  Thank you so much!

  11. I understand from a mutual friend that you recently stood up for me when someone else was being less than kind.   For that, I say Thank You.   You're a good person.

BTW, regarding my recent frustrations about Josh McDaniels decision not to take the job in INDY, it has absolutely no bearing on my respect & admiration for you Yehoodi as a very intelligent & informed poster on the forum.

You're a standup guy Yehoodi. Along with GoPats, Flying Elvis, Dynasty13, IWF; JJ, Jim Jaime, etc. etc. I'm not directing my anger over what happened toward any of you directly.

The wounds were still fresh & I'm slowly recovering. LOL! Thanks for letting me clear the air.

    3. Yehoodi

      Yehoodi

I hear yah, the Josh exit must of been tough, but it looks like you guys have a coach and it did not take too long to get a replacement.   To be honest, Josh has always been on the fence about becoming a head coach, my sense was after the SB 52 loss, and perhaps having time to think about *, the Pats brass did not want to see them loose both coordinators.   Given Josh's inherent hesitation, things just changed.

    4. southwest1

      southwest1

Thanks for understanding. I'm happy with our new HC in Frank Reich so, it all worked out in the end.

You might be right about that. Perhaps, Josh is better suited to be an OC just like Wade Phillips has mentioned in the past he's a much better DC than a HC overall.

No one is doubting Josh McDaniels brilliant offensive mind. I'm not anyway. I just wish he would have let the Colts know his true feelings sooner & more professionally then he did.

I get why Robert wanted to retain him. Makes perfect sense to keep Brady & Josh together while BB gets pass rushers in the draft.

  12. I think I have posted more today than I've done in a long time. I guess that weasel got under my skin.  So glad to be rid of him before he could do any more damage.

You weren't the only one Gramz. I believe I speak for all INDY fans when I leave these final words about Mr. McDaniels.

It was actually a bit humorous now that I think of it...   Here we are at a Bengals/Broncos game, and I bring my Peyton Manning COLTS quilt.  haha   The Security Guard looked up at me and said, "That's cool, but Peyton is the only one here that will care about it".  My response was  "Peyton is the only one that matters"  haha   Got a laugh out of the Security Dude.

When I met PM I was dumbfounded, star struck with my jaws down to my knees!  My friend had to do all the talking, he had to ask if PM if we could take a picture, also told me to stand next to him and even had to say thank you for me.  I guess I really looked dumb!

The thing I always try to remember is that anger is a secondary emotion.  Once that clears, you can figure out how to deal with things.  Endless anger is not productive

  19. Singing again tonight.  I thought I had retired from this, however, we've been busier than ever lately.

Do it why you can,  right..??      Listening to Stevie Nicks right now,   getting in the mood.  "I have my own life.... and I am Stronger than you know"   :)

@NFLfan  thanks.   We've been really busy with our music, and after this weekend we'll have 7 weeks off... :applause:    As much as I love singing,  I love our downtime equally. :)     I'm looking forward to the season starting, and we've already got tickets to 2 games.   Poor planning on one of those, because we have a singing job on the evening before, but I am not missing the game where they retire Peyton's jersey...   haha    That will be a busy weekend for us.    How are you...???

  22. Glad to see you back again.  Where have you been....???
