He had one very nice grab that was almost picked, than dropped the perfect throw that was in his hands. Ahhh I love to see them building chemistry, just have to work on the focus.

Other than Fleener, Vontae, and Powers everyone else is day to day. I'm not too worried about Satele as I love Shipley, however Mathis and Justice absence would worry me. Good to see Avery go.

Avery practiced I believe, so he should be good to go. I'd actually like to see Brazill a little more, he seems to have very solid hands. Very nice possession WR it looks like, had a nice little toe tap catch on the sidelines for a first down.

That LB core is just nasty, overall a solid group of guys. Good fundamentals and good motors, great depth.

Oh, sorry, the Texans purposefully got injured last year. I mean, we gave up our SB quest because the Colts were just so awesome. I'm more about the future...7-1 is a pretty good start. And we don't lose to mediocre teams, so our future is looking pretty bright this year...
If I only had a quarter for every time I heard a Texans fan talk about "the future." I just feel bad. =/. And you're right you don't lose to mediocre teams, you lose to teams who finish 2-12. =) Boom Roasted. All in good fun, I enjoy your opinions and outside views. Or he uses sense...I mean, it's not that hard to predict a Texans win over the Colts. I'm sure most of America would agree. The catch is, you can't predict upsets, no matter how many times they happen in a season, which is just once in this case.
One thing you can predict...a Texans meltdown in the 2nd half of the season. I mean if were going off stats and past occurrences. Just a thought.

Predictions mean nothing. If predicting in today's NFL was so accurate we'd all be millionaires. Any given sunday....I don't care who you are or what you've accomplished. Scores do not carry over games, a new week a new game. Sometimes everything just clicks, and theres no stopping you.

It may well be Matt Barkley. He may even end up in our division.
This was the first person to come to my mind. I think Barkley is going to make a great QB in this league.

yea I kind of felt a little guilty about being happy to see Shipley on the field while Satale was being helped off....I know I wasn't the only one......
I gave a small smirk, not that Satele is bad, I just get so much of a better feeling from Shipley. He plays hard, and makes me feel like he has such a high ceiling.

I also believe the score doesn't show how well we played today. Would have been nice to win by 9-12

Second half they pulled it together huge. CB's were a little exposed but pass rush was pretty much non existent. LB's played awesome. Just read a stat that we did not allow them a 3rd down conversion in the 2nd half, crazy.

Satele is a joke, bring in Shipley. Satele gets pushed back so often.

Great drive at the end, very impressed they came in the clutch under pressure. However, don't down peyton for no OT TD's...He has some pretty amazing 4th QT comebacks, heck some pretty amazing GAME comebacks.
On a side note, Lucks athleticism is so refreshing. Watching him roll out and making a perfect throw on the run amazes me. heck some of his passes on the run across his body are more accurate then his pocket passes HA
