People worried about that over-the-top QB gamble, shouldn't be. We aren't a quarterback away from being a top contender right now. We proved that by squandering Andrew Luck's career. Ballard's looking to patiently put the pieces in place to be a true contender, with Brissett as a holding piece at QB until either an ideal situation comes along, or Brissett proves capable of getting to the next level himself, whichever comes first.
I think he already signed an extension, didn't he?

He already tried out for the bears but dropped out because of the knee swelling up. So I dont think he will try again.

Ebron is very TD dependent, I would get someone like Delanie Walker or even take a flier on a guy like T.J.Hockenson, who I have a gut feeling is going to break out at the TE position in mandatory TE leagues.
I was thinking about the TE issue, and of course on top of the Luck retirement, I need to revisit it and see what is available via either trade or free agency.
