  1. I would love for Revis to match up against Hilton.  I think Hilton can beat him for some big games and Revis on Hilton means we have the advantage in every other matchup.

Revis should be on someone he can completely take away not limit that way the defense doesn't have to worry about that player.  Revis should match up with Moncrief/Nicks/Wayne whenever he can so that player is effectively out of the play.

  2. This topic makes me laugh. Just because how so many people are trying to make it seem like a bad thing that bill belichick outsmarts his opponents lol, ridiculous. Since when are trick plays a BAD thing? As long as they work.... Its like somebody getting mad you're beating them at a video game so they say you're cheating.

If I remember correctly they usually announce when an ineligible reports illegible, but they didn't do that for the reverse.

  3. I think the big thing as well here is the fact that Trent maybe a decent back, he is just not a decent back for our system.  With the way our O-line blocks we need a quick decisive  back who can hit the hole hard an improvise if the hole isn't there.  Trent as weird as it sounds is more of a finesse back than he is a power back.  I hope he moves on a succeeds somewhere else.

Take a look at Tim Jennings.  He was awful, awful, AWFUL when he was here, then he went to Chicago even though it was still the Tampa 2, it was more aggressive he was actually a decent cornerback.

The player needs to fit the situation and I just don't think this is the right situation for him or for us.

  4. Arthur Jones was PFFs worst rated defensive player for the Colts (2nd worst overall to Aquib Takin). -3.0 overall, -1.0 run, -1.1 pass rush.

Cory Redding is our stud and Erik Walden is playing really well. Those 2 guys jump off the screen. Also, Newsome looks to be a good one in the making. Strickly speaking of d-line and OLBs.

Arthur Gets Double Teamed, Chapman gets Double teamed, Redding is the man they count on being able to beat 1-on-1.  Not that Chapman is better than Redding but you have to get the middle solved or it wont matter.

Jones attracting those double teams is allowing the rest of the defense to get 1-on-1's and they are beating them right now.

PFF is all about individual effort but football is not an individual sport.  Vontae is a great cornerback but if you ask him to cover a receiver for 8 seconds he wont still be on him and will receive a bad PFF grade because he gave up the completion even though it was the D-line's fault for not getting pressure on the QB.

  5. Here is the deal about BB and his genius tag.  He is great at knowing when to call these things, he doesn't come up with them, they are all retreads of someone else's idea, Knowing when is the right time to call them is the skill he possesses in spades.

How many super bowl wins does he have since he was caught?

I will give you a hint, it's the same number of wins he has without A.V.
