Because it's not an easy decision to make and he absolutely should take as much time as he needs to make sure he makes the correct decision. Now, if he's going to make changes, then he's not going to want to get behind in the search for new GM and/or Coach while current candidates are already being interviewed, but that's still no reason to rush such an important decision.
Does anybody know if Irsay was traveling?
Always a chance that he wanted to talk to Grigson and Pagano together.
Irsay is not a coward like other other GMs to fire someone on a voicemail.

Glad we are playing Seraphin. Give us an enforcer out there.
Nice two games to watch. Teague is actually doing what he was supposed to do when we got him.

I should have said fired instead of resign. That's how he gets 2 years pay...I will go back to sleep now.

I don't think you cut Langford, Gore or Robinson. Langford had an injury he rushed to quickly. I still think he will come back strong. Gore is still serviceable and can be a really good backup if the Colts pick a rb in the draft. Even though Robinson was hurt most of the time he looked like a really solid slot db. I also think they need to invest in their own players. Darius Butler can be our Mike Adam's replacement. Jack Doyle might be the top TE on the market so he won't be super cheap. I think signing Walden to a 2 year contract is a must. They also need to sign Mewhort and Donte so I don't think they will go strong on unrestricted free agents. I do believe they need to cut ties with DQ, Art Jones. If I was them try and make one big splash move and that would be Melvin engram.
Sign Coby Fleener when NO releases him.....
Doyle wants to stay home even if he takes a little less money
Walden needs signed, So sad on Art Jones. He was stuffing the run pretty well.
Langford needs to stay. Before he got hurt, he was our best interior linemanIII

I think I'm going to go see a game in Seattle this year. Did you know the Colts haven't played in Seattle since 2005. The last two times we played them was in Indy.
In the rain would be even better

Defense, rebounding, communication, and the sickening part is lack of effort.....

If your name is not Myles Turner among the starters then you are struggling on defense to guard the 3 point line.
Robinson
George
Ellis
Teague
have all struggled to guard
Add Thad to that Gav. Anthony burnt him and Robinson like there was no tomorrow...Turner got burnt by Porzingis though.

RIP LeBron
Nothing special other than a Lebron facial.

Watched the entire game last night. I said one thing to RG to start the second half. "You cannot let Carmello go off"
Porzingis was an All Star last night.
Paul George needs to be an All Star every night. Tired of his just showing up.
Trade him for Gay, Cousins and a 1.

Had to stream it from Marco Island.....good first half and lost connection..sucks being on an island in December......:)

He had a couple pretty good Titans teams, but for the most part they were mediocre. He's done a much worse job with the Rams. I think the game passed him by a long time ago, and felt that way before he was fired by Tennessee.
He's definitely an accomplished coach, but so are Parcells, Shanahan, Gruden, Cowher and Billick, and I don't think any of them should be back in the NFL either.
One thing IS for sure...his teams have always been dirty.
I think Gruden could still do it with his age, But I really like seeing new faces.I do miss the old style offensive lines. There was some serious meanness after every play.

It doesn't bother me honestly. For every bad game TY has had in his career, there are 10 great games to offset it. If he's not calling out the team, then who will? It's pretty obvious at this point that Luck doesn't like going down that road, so I'd say TY is the next best person to do it. My only issue is that it's maybe too little too late.
It had been DQ firing up the defense. The offense looks like they are going to a funeral as they walk to the line. I remember teams that cared about structure on the offensive line....Dallas Cowboys....All of the line standing up an getting set at the same time. Priceless. I could not find a GIF for the younger generation.

Luck won't call anybody out he would tell them we played hard if the score was 40 to 0
Luck would only refer to himself needing to work harder to get better. Almost always blames himself.

Pagano at least had some success prior to 2015. Fisher's Rams haven't even reached .500; that's Pagano's worst season.
Not a defense of Pagano, but Fisher < Pagano, based on record, achievement, and pretty much everything else.
Some forget old Fish had some pretty good Titan teams. It was always a fight against McNair and the boys. Maybe Jeff Fisher cannot hang with the times.

The Pacers are consistently inconsistent. We can't seem to play two bad games in a row, or two good games in a row. Not sure what the deal is but its almost bizarre. We are nearly 30 games in and I have no idea what to think of this team.
I am going to call out the head coach on this one.....Miles should have played more minutes when he is shooting like he was.

Did you read that trade possibility somewhere or come up with it?
Personally I'd like to see Robinson III get more consistent minutes behind Monta, Robinson did not shoot the ball well overall vs Warriors but he went 2-5 from 3 for 40%, He isn't afraid to shoot it and attack in the open court. Monta anticipates passing lanes a bit better so he forces more turnovers and is more disruptive defensively but he turns the ball over a lot. We need that size to
Or we could find a way to get Lance back.
I think Monta will not be long for the Pacers. He is not playing basketball at all. Sit him, play GR3 at the start....Brooks and Stuckey....Monta not doing anything last night was a joke.
Yes this is me saying this....:)

Could use a hybrid 4/3 that can move back to 3/4 to try to confuse Osweiler (Not hard to do IMO). I am not seeing McGill on the field enough. All the man does is make plays. When you lose your best tackler, whether you like him or not...you will quickly how much you missed him....DQ was the defensive leader.
I don't agree with all of you guys that say it's the best news of the week. Mine was seeing Green Bay beat the Texans in the snow. Go Colts...short week to prepare.
Where is Earl Okine when you need him.

That's the fans prerogative. You have a high and mighty attitude like you are better than everybody else. If you don't like fans discussing the team , don't look. It's that simple.
Have a Snickers mahagga.....or leftover turkey. It's all about opinions. We all know this. CALM.....

I will be shocked if Luck does not show up on the practice field.....practices are so easy...even a caveman can do it.
