  1. That was fast, Gus had better get it in gear! The only benefit to them scoring in 1 play is that it'll put their defense right back on the field.
  2. It's early, but I like how we took it downfield with relative ease - if that keeps up, we'll score alot tonite.
  3. Better to take a lead into halftime, then extend it to start the 3rd Quarter.
  4. Like they said in Varsity Blues, "Pass out the ammunition, let's go to war!"
  5. TJ Watt injured his knee, and is out for the remainder of the game - the way he was pounding the turf with his fist, it looks like he knew it was bad!
  6. Being on a team that advanced that far can't help to be a benefit to Shane, Gardner & Defo.
  7. I don't know about that - Stroud may be more physically gifted than Minshew, but Gardner has the edge as far as NFL experience with 3 different teams, including the one that played in the last Superbowl - he's "been there, done that" at this level and CJ hasn't as of yet, neither has the majority if any of his teammates.
  8. Injuries to Texans players will probably be the excuse that the majority of the talking heads run to if we win, especially by double digits.
  9. This will be their 1st game outside of the 1pm Eastern time zone - let's hope all this hype & the bright lights of primetime are a little too much for Stroud, especially for tonight. Gus Bradley is an experienced, Superbowl winning DC and we're currently 4-0 against rookie QBs this season, Stroud is included in that stat.
  10. I'm watching the Steelers/Ravens game (it's tied at 7) thinking about how we beat both of these teams - how wild is that? The Ravens are currently 13-3, and we're one of those 3! We've just got to get it done tonight, it's been a successful season either way but it just can't end tonite!
  11. I wa watching ESPN and I got sick of their gushing, so I switched back to the movie I was watching. They were treating the Colts like as if we're an afterthought, and I think alot of folks will be shocked if we win this game decisively. I really like our chances, we're playing at home, are healthier than they are and I like the fact that our HC & QB went to last year's Superbowl, as well as DeForest Buckner a few years back. That's leaders on both sides of the ball who can express the magnitude of this opportunity to their teammates, and I think Bradley will coach aggressively against the rookie Stroud, and hopefully force him into a few key mistakes.
  12. Condolences, sorry to hear about your friend.
  13. Dolphins & Bills play next week for The AFC East title, that's the game that will probably be flexed.
  14. After getting a takeaway in 19 consecutive games, now we fail to get one in 2 straight. Let's hope we get several next week, and win comfortably.
  15. If Jacksonville would've lost today, they probably would have but since they can clinch the division with a win, they'll probably have us all play at the same time.
  16. It may be time for Shane to make him to get pressure on on rookie QBs, especially on 3rd & long!
  17. Then that was a mistake that a veteran player shouldn't have made, glad it wasn't a costly one.
